Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Coordinator to support daily operations within a fast‑paced autobody repair environment in Prince George, BC. This role is essential in coordinating technician workflow, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams, and ensuring repairs meet insurer and production standards. This role requires you to be highly organized, technically knowledgeable, and thrives in a deadline‑driven environment.
Pay Rate: up to $80,000/year
Location: Prince George, B.C.
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily work processes with technicians and other departments as required.
Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle walkarounds, providing clear and detailed information to customers and internal teams.
Deliver timely updates to all relevant parties throughout each stage of the repair process.
Complete all administrative tasks and documentation associated with the role.
Ensure strict adherence to insurer guidelines regarding OEM, aftermarket, and used parts.
Order necessary parts and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assign work to technicians and collaborate with the lead refinish technician to plan booth cycles that meet production targets and customer commitments.
Manage vehicle workflow effectively using Nexsyis software.
Monitor performance of all production staff and detailers; communicate observations and concerns to the Location Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in an autobody production environment.
Basic knowledge of ICBC and other insurance provider policies and processes is an asset.
Experience with automotive estimating software is considered an advantage.
Strong administrative and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work with various software programs.
Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple deadlines.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
