Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Associate for our client specializing in custom wood, foam, and plastic packaging solutions in Stittsville, ON. We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on individual with strong attention to detail and experience using woodworking tools and production equipment.

  • Pay Rate: $21.59/hour

  • Location: Stittsville, ON

  • Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Use of various saw’s to cut wood and lumber

  • Use of various nail guns, staple guns, drills and other wood assembly tools

  • Use of CNC router to cut various products

  • Nail, glue and staple wood, corrugated, foam and plastic products

  • Dispose of scrap material / Housekeeping / Sweep / Keep a clean safe working area

  • Palletize / Unitize product

  • Create Amtech tags and apply to loads

  • Complete quality or other department reports

  • Count inventory

  • Perform all other tasks assigned by Team Lead

  • Must be flexible to work in other departments

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read and interpret Induspac drawings and specifications

  • Fluent with basic measurement devices in Imperial and Metric with conversion capabilities

  • Must have good mathematic skills

  • Must have basic computer skills

  • Previous use of Amtech system is an asset

  • Must be detail and quality oriented

  • Must demonstrate safe work ethics

  • Responsible enough to lead department if required during Team Lead absence

  • Previous work experience / training / education is an asset

  • Must be authorized to work in Canada

  • Must be able to pass a police background check

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
