Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Associate for our client in Whitby, ON. Our client is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products in a manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity to gain manufacturing experience while working with a supportive team in a fast-paced production setting.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

  • Location: Whitby, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform 100% inspection and trimming of finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Identify, segregate, and report scrap or non-conforming products

  • Use a small knife to trim rubber components and ensure smooth, finished surfaces

  • Move parts, products, and materials manually or with a hand truck

  • Follow manufacturing processes and quality acceptance criteria

  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

  • CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots required

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working in manufacturing environments with noise and varying temperatures

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

  • Strong reliability and punctuality

  • Able to pass a criminal background check

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
