Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Production Associate for our client in Whitby, ON. Our client is looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products in a manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity to gain manufacturing experience while working with a supportive team in a fast-paced production setting.
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: Whitby, ON
Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Perform 100% inspection and trimming of finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Identify, segregate, and report scrap or non-conforming products
Use a small knife to trim rubber components and ensure smooth, finished surfaces
Move parts, products, and materials manually or with a hand truck
Follow manufacturing processes and quality acceptance criteria
Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots required
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in manufacturing environments with noise and varying temperatures
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Strong reliability and punctuality
Able to pass a criminal background check
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
