Adecco is currently seeking candidates for a Production & Assembly Candidate Pool for full-time opportunities based in Lower Mainland, BC. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals with experience in assembly, production, or light manufacturing, looking to join a dynamic team supporting multiple clients across the Lower Mainland.

As a Production & Assembly team member, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging components and finished products according to work instructions. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency, quality, and safety of production operations.

  • Salary: $20.50 – $26.50 per hour

  • Location: Lower Mainland, BC (Surrey, Delta, Richmond, Burnaby, and Langley)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday

  • Job Type: Full-time, Temporary / Candidate Pool

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and package components or finished products based on work instructions

  • Operate basic hand tools (drivers, crimpers, small power tools) safely

  • Conduct visual and basic quality checks; flag defects

  • Handle light materials and parts; load/unload small components onto the production line

  • Maintain clean workstations and follow safety/5S procedures

  • Support team leads in meeting daily production quotas

  • Perform light or medium mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly

  • Work on sub-assembly or bench assembly tasks

  • Conduct quality checks and final inspections

  • Package and kit products as part of production workflow

  • Follow assigned safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Experience in assembly, production line work, light manufacturing, packaging, or kitting

  • Ability to lift 35–50 lbs intermittently and perform repetitive tasks

  • Comfort working with hand tools and reading basic diagrams or labels

  • Reliability, teamwork, and ability to work in a steady-paced environment

  • Ability to work day shifts and occasional overtime as needed
