- Own requirements discovery and documentation, conducting interviews, competitive analysis, and stakeholder assessments to inform product decisions and system specifications
- Translate business needs into technology solutions by collaborating with architects, technologists, and business teams to balance user impact, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
- Anticipate future capabilities by designing scalable, forward-thinking solutions positioned for AI integration and evolving technology landscapes
- Prioritize and manage demand by assessing enhancement requests, issues, and opportunities from the field, operations, and project teams
- Drive quality and outcomes by partnering with QA and support teams on testing, issue resolution, and production support decisions
- Enable organizational readiness through clear communication, training materials, and change management across internal audiences and WMC branches
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity by identifying and resolving medium-to-major issues, escalating appropriately while maintaining focus on business outcomes
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in securities, technology, wealth management, or related product-focused roles
- Knowledge of Dominion Securities branch operations and Discretionary Management processes
- Ability to thrive amid rapid change, competing priorities, and incomplete information
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in investment or wealth management product management
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Track record of balancing end-user advocacy with pragmatic delivery constraints
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, branches, and external audiences
- Background in Agile or iterative product development
What's in it for you?
- Competitive total rewards program including bonuses, flexible benefits, and stock options where applicable
- Development opportunities through coaching and progressively greater responsibilities
- The chance to drive meaningful, lasting impact on advisor productivity and client outcomes
- Collaborative, high-performing, progressive team environment
