Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a key member of the product management team responsible for defining and improving the capabilities of our Sterling Data Exchange software solution suite. You will work with cross functional teams in our Markham CA office ensuring that SDE extends it's lead in the B2B Integration and Managed File Transfer market with differentiated and competitive products.
Responsibilities:
* Subject matter expertise of the B2B Integration and/or Managed File Transfer market
* Focus on improving and expanding capabilities to meet current and future customer needs
* Perform requirements/user story identification and analysis
* Validate requirements with clients/stakeholders
* Create detailed requirements / user stories that are ready for development to implement
* Successfully launch development releases into the market to consistently drive towards strategic goals
* Manage stakeholder relationships across organizational and enterprise boundaries
* Collaborate effectively with other other product managers, design, development, support, sales, services and partners
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
3 years experience in each of the following:
* Industry experience in one or more: Banking, Financial Servies, Healthcare, Government/Public, Automotive, Manufacturing, Computer Services, and Distribution
* Experience with B2B integration or supply chain solutions
* Experience with DevOps / Value Streams
* Experience with containerization and cloud native solutions
* Experience with secruity concepts in highly regulated industries
