What you’ll do

The Associate Manager, Product Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our insurance, credit card, and retail banking lines of business. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to bring innovative solutions to market. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams but will not have direct reports.

  • Support the development and enhancement of credit card and retail banking products to meet market demands and customer needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to bring innovative solutions to market

  • Develop effective relationships with internal clients, vendors and suppliers to drive and manage delivery of quality, cost effective and timely products or services to our customers

  • Support product management activities as needed

 

What you bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in product strategy or strategic planning within the financial services industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to take data, identify insights, and influence key stakeholder decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the loyalty, insurance, credit card, and retail banking sectors would be an asset.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88, 000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
