What's the Opportunity?

At the forefront of retail banking innovation, we’re reshaping how clients acquire and interact with their financial products. By prioritizing seamless, digital-first experiences, we’re revolutionizing the industry to deliver solutions that are more accessible, efficient, and client-centric. To drive this transformation, we’re seeking a visionary Product Director – Credit Card Digital Sales to lead the evolution of our digital distribution channels, meeting clients in their channel of choice with the right products, at the right time.

In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the strategy and execution of our digital credit card sales across advisor, online, and mobile platforms, ensuring our credit card products are effortlessly accessible and strategically distributed. You’ll be responsible for leading the development of credit card digital sales strategies for both emerging and enhanced financial services, overseeing the entire product lifecycle, and ensuring an integrated and consistent client journey. 

You’ll lead a high-performing team of product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep our digital offerings competitive.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Vision & Execution: Define and execute a forward-thinking strategy for digital product acquisition, ensuring products are seamlessly accessible across all channels

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital distribution products—from ideation and development to launch, optimization, and post-launch performance management.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on digital distribution, fostering a high-performance culture that drives innovation and tangible results.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, technology, line of business, risk/compliance, operations, marketing and enablement teams to ensure successful distribution and integration across all client touchpoints.

  • Client-Centric Approach: Leverage client insights, behavioral data, and market trends to ensure strategies meet client expectations and create a frictionless banking experience.

  • Innovation & Market Opportunities: Stay ahead of digital banking trends and identify new market opportunities to enhance strategies and expand client reach.

  • Feature Development & Optimization: Guide the introduction of new distribution features, monitor performance, and continuously refine the product to improve conversion, engagement, and client satisfaction.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all digital distribution channels are compliant with industry regulations and internal policies while delivering an exceptional client experience.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on credit cards or digital product management within retail banking or fintech.

  • Proven experience in leading digital product teams, with a strong ability to mentor, develop, and inspire product managers.

  • Demonstrated expertise in the development and optimization of digital products, with a focus on seamless client experiences.

  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, digital transformation, and emerging fintech trends.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different departments.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize client insights and market data into actionable strategies.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

  • Experience launching digital distribution platforms or apps with a significant user base.

  • Knowledge of API-driven product ecosystems
