Position Overview:

The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing exceptional customer service to various mid-format key customers. This includes executing against customer merchandising agreements, ordering and merchandising products, freshness rotation, display set up and maintenance, storage room organization and movement of product from storage to the sales floor. 

 

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay Rate of $1,142.00
  • Health and Dental Benefits
  • Weekly OT Eligible

Responsibilities

  • Complete all ordering, sales and merchandising activities within route to deliver against performance goals
  • Merchandise store shelving, racks and displays with PepsiCo products
  • Utilize Point-of-Sale materials
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in store
  • Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers
  • Perform all assigned duties in compliance of ergonomics safety principals

Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary Education preferred
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle
  • Merchandising or retail customer service experience is helpful, but not necessary
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching over shoulder
  • Able to lift 50 plus pounds and push or pull up to 200 pounds using a pallet jack
