Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated and relationship‑driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined regional territory. Reporting directly to the business owner, you will split your time between developing new customers and expanding business with an established client base.

This role blends outside sales with hands‑on customer service, including regular in‑person visits and on‑site parts delivery. Once trained, you will have the autonomy to organize your weekly schedule and manage your territory independently, with strong support from inside sales and operations.

  • Location: Brooks / Bow Island, AB (Field-Based)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers; become their trusted parts expert

  • Identify opportunities to grow sales within established accounts

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business across automotive, heavy‑duty truck, and agricultural markets

  • Conduct regular in‑person visits at shops, fleets, and farms throughout the territory

  • Deliver parts onsite as part of service and relationship maintenance

  • Provide basic product knowledge and recommend solutions based on customer needs

  • Prepare and follow up on quotes; close sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery

  • Record all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience

  • Experience in automotive parts, heavy‑duty, agriculture, or industrial distribution preferred

  • Proven ability to grow sales and develop new customers

  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills

  • Comfortable visiting repair shops, fleets, and agricultural sites

  • Mechanical aptitude or understanding of parts/equipment is a strong asset

  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage your territory independently

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Experience using CRM/ERP tools (Trellow or similar) is an asset

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
