Adecco, in partnership with our client is currently hiring a full-time experienced Outside Sales Representative with proven success in the building supplies industry to grow the market presence across the GTA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys being on the road, understands construction culture, and excels at building strong, long‑term relationships with contractors and commercial clients.

Pay Rate: Base salary approx. $70K/year + commission
Location: Service out of GTA – London, Sarnia, St Cath, Niagara, Halton (Primarily on the road)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand business across the GTA
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with contractors and commercial clients
Provide expert product consultations, technical support, and prepare custom quotes
Maintain, strengthen, and grow relationships with existing customers
Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery timelines and excellent customer service
Monitor market conditions, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify future opportunities
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the building supplies industry is required
Strong knowledge of construction products and contractor clientele
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Access to your own reliable vehicle
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
