Adecco is currently hiring several full-time reliable and energetic Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and stacking products on pallets and preparing them for shipment. This position is physically demanding and requires strong attention to detail, a steady work pace, and a commitment to safety. This position requires you to be able to work in multiple temperature zones (up to -30°C).

  • Pay Rate: $20/hr + $0.50/hr for working in freezer section

  • Location: Surrey, BC

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick products and prepare orders for shipment.

  • Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., power jack).

  • Consistently meet productivity targets (units picked per hour).

  • Adhere to all safety procedures, including WHMIS, GMP, and proper PPE usage.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and promptly report equipment issues.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Highly motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

  • Ability to work in multiple temperature zones, including freezer environments (as low as -30°C).

  • Previous power jack experience is considered an asset.

  • Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

  • Constant lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

  • Occasional lifting up to 90 lbs (two-person lift required for items over 50 lbs).

  • Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and walking.

  • Prolonged standing and regular use of a power jack.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
