Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced, reliable and safety-conscious Order Picker Forklift Operator to join our client’s warehouse team in Richmond, BC. In this role you will be responsible for accurately picking and moving products using an order picker forklift to fulfill orders efficiently and on time.

• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

• Location: Richmond, BC

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time | up to 12-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Stand Up Reach Truck, Cherry Picker Machine, and a Order Picker Machine. 

• Picking and packing automotive parts in the warehouse by hand.

• Use a RF Scanner.

• Meet daily efficiency and quality KPI’s.

• Perform shipper duties.

• Label and wrap orders into boxes once trained.

• Keep the warehouse area clean and organized.

• Lift items that weigh up to 50Lbs.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous warehouse experience.

• Must have previous experience with operating a Stand Up Reach Truck, and a Cherry Picker Machine or a Order Picker Machine. 

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Must pass a numeracy/aptitude test.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• Must Have experience with using a RF Scanner.

• Experience with picking and packing.

• Must be able to reach daily quotas.

• Must act professionally while at work.

• Attention to detail.

• Must be reliable and show up to all shifts.

• 5 years of references and confirmation of employment but min 2 references (if only 1 employer over last 5 years).

• Must provide proof of highest education.

• Steel Toe boots required.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
