Adecco is currently hiring a Order Picker for a full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for a reliable and motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys hands-on work in a busy warehouse setting. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and material handling while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth inventory flow and supporting overall team productivity in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking and packing accurately and efficiently

• Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

• Work comfortably in cooler and/or freezer environments as required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with procedures

• Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy and attention to detail

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets

• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

• Strong attention to detail with good mathematical and memory skills

• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset

• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent punctuality

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required

• Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively

• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices and procedures
