As an Operations Support Coordinator you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide cross‑functional administrative and operational support to multiple departments, adapting to shifting priorities and service demands.
  • Prepare, maintain, and standardize documents, presentations, templates, and records to support consistent operations.
  • Support intake, service routing, data entry, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Coordinate and support departmental and cross‑functional projects, maintaining schedules, documentation, meeting follow‑ups, and deliverables.
  • Assist with change management activities related to new tools, processes, or service enhancements.
  • Analyze administrative workflows and contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization, documentation, and standardization.
  • Provide coverage, onboarding support, and training to staff as work transitions across teams.
  • Act as a liaison across administrative and operational teams to support communication, collaboration, and follow‑through.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience providing administrative or operational support in a multi‑department environment with shared priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects, initiatives, or change activities.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with case management or enterprise systems is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, or human services environments is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust quickly to changing workloads and team needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Broad administrative competence, including coordination, documentation, record‑keeping, and process support.
  • A collaborative, service‑oriented mindset, with a commitment to supporting operational excellence and stakeholder needs.
