Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Operations & Administrative Assistant to support regional operations for our client.
This is a dynamic role ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing administrative coordination, accounts payable, and operational support responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable

  • Review and reconcile invoices for the region
  • Manage a high volume of payables, including travel, accommodations, utilities, and vendor services
  • Reconcile PCard and Corporate Travel Account (CTA) transactions
  • Review and approve crew expenses
Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the regional team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, reports, and expense tracking
  • Organize meetings, events, and team activities
  • Maintain electronic records and document management systems
Operations & Office Support
  • Manage inventory including office supplies, PPE, radios, and equipment
  • Coordinate crew travel, accommodations, and logistics
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors and service providers
  • Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, couriers, and mail
Safety & Reporting
  • Support regional safety programs and initiatives
  • Coordinate safety meetings and events
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to leadership
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Secondary School Diploma or GED
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • College or Business Diploma
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and financial processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of administrative systems and processes
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
