Adecco is currently hiring a full-time MyTrack Scheduler / Planner to join our clients operations team in Calgary, AB. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities related to the rollout. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, manage dependencies across workstreams, and support go-live readiness and hypercare execution.

Working closely with project leadership, vendors, and key stakeholders, you will help ensure timelines are achievable, risks are addressed proactively, and execution is aligned across all teams.

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 10-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule (deployment, training, supplier onboarding, and hypercare)

  • Manage critical path, dependencies, and schedule risks

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across SCM, IT, Finance, and suppliers

  • Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare execution

  • Provide status reporting, milestone tracking, and schedule updates

  • Facilitate schedule reviews and escalate risks impacting timelines

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls

  • Experience with large system implementations (ERP, SaaS, or supply chain)

  • Strong skills in critical path analysis, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, or similar tools

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Experience in oil & gas, supply chain, or industrial environments

  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Fieldglass, or MyTrack

  • Experience with supplier onboarding programs and procurement processes

  • Exposure to cutover and hypercare planning

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
