As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring production quality in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

• Assemble components according to specific drawings, procedures, and documentation.

• Operate various manufacturing equipment in alignment with schedules and processes.

• Utilize pneumatic tools, hand tools, and software like SFDC, Agile, and Excel.

• Identify, articulate, and escalate technical or quality issues to the Team Lead.

• Ensure inventory control, cycle counting, and proper execution of computer transactions.

• Perform work in compliance with established safety procedures and performance standards.

• Implement ECO modifications or other specified instructions.

• Support team members and assist in identifying and applying process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience.

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow kitting protocols, process documents, and instructions.

• Strong customer focus and communication skills to address technical or quality issues.

• Experience in product inspections and resolving quality concerns.

• Proficiency with keyboarding and software tools; leadership skills are an asset.

• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
