The Marketing Manager, Advisory plays a critical role in shaping how KPMG’s Advisory business shows up in the market- helping our teams build relevance, credibility, and meaningful client relationships. You will plan, manage, and deliver strategic marketing initiatives across Management Consulting, Risk Services, and Deal Advisory, supporting priority growth agendas in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, while aligning with national campaigns.

You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration working closely with senior practitioners, regional leaders, and cross‑functional marketing teams to bring KPMG’s Advisory capabilities to life.
What you will do
Reporting to the Senior Advisory Marketing Manager, you will work closely with senior practitioners and regional leadership to execute prioritized marketing initiatives. In collaboration with colleagues across Advisory Marketing, Industry Marketing, Account Management, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, and Compliance, you will:
- Plan and deliver strategic marketing initiatives in Ontario and Atlantic Canada that support regional business priorities and align with national Advisory campaigns
- Serve as the trusted marketing business partner and primary point of contact for leaders and practitioners across client‑facing Advisory teams
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of differentiated, experience‑led marketing programs- including in‑person and virtual events, sponsorships, content, email campaigns, and social media promotion- working closely with in‑house creative and digital teams
- Own client event and sponsorship execution, including critical path planning, invitation strategy and distribution, registration management, list development, follow‑up reporting, and stakeholder coordination across key client and prospect segments
- Develop and manage external communications that support integrated marketing programs and events
- Support and help manage KPMG’s relationships with external industry and community associations that are relevant to Advisory portfolios
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and KPIs, translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Build strong working relationships with counterparts across Functions, Industry Marketing, Account Managers, and Account‑Based Marketing teams to enable deeper integration and shared impact
- Actively contribute to a culture of testing, optimization, and innovation across organic, paid, client, and internal marketing channels
What you bring to the role
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications within a national or global organization
- Exceptional written, verbal, and organizational skills, with confidence communicating with senior executives
- A strong balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with experience delivering multi‑channel marketing programs (events, content, digital, social, email)
- Proven project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- A self‑directed, curious mindset; comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and seeking input to improve outcomes
- A collaborative, team‑oriented approach, with active participation in marketing forums and working sessions
- An innovative mindset with a desire to continuously improve how marketing is delivered and measured
- Experience working within a matrixed organization is an asset
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
