Salary: $113,500 to $141,500

You Have:
- Progressive payroll experience, including experience in a lead or managerial payroll role
- Proven experience overseeing complex, multi-provincial payrolls with strong internal controls
- In-depth knowledge of CRA requirements, federal and provincial employment standards, and statutory reporting (T4s, T4As, ROEs, T2200s, remittances)
- Experience managing month-end and year-end payroll processes, audits, and government inquiries
- Hands-on experience with payroll implementations and system integrations
- Strong proficiency and knowledge of payroll and HR systems, including UKG (Ultimate Software/Kronos)
- Experience supporting pension administration

The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
