Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As a Lending Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of retail loan administration transactions. Your work will directly contribute to an exceptional member experience by maintaining high service standards, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth loan funding, maintenance, and payout operations. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a Part-time, Permanent role based at our Surrey central office and will report directly to the Team Manager, Centralized Lending Administration. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Processing retail loan administration transactions such as funding, maintenance, and payouts in accordance with service standards
  • Monitoring and maintaining system-generated and third-party reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensuring data accuracy and completeness across lending systems and documentation
  • Investigating anomalies and escalating unresolved issues as appropriate
  • Supporting continuous improvement of lending administration processes
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of member-related lending inquiries
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and system changes
  • Contributing to a positive team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Post-Secondary education or Diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lending administration, financial services operations, or a related field
  • Experience using systems such as T24, LOS, and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect and resolve discrepancies
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are:

  • Tech-savvy – People often say you’re a quick learner and great with technology & systems.
  • Ready for a challenge – You have a positive attitude and are able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Analytical – You can review information, detect anomalies, investigate and resolve discrepancies; you also know when to escalate unresolved issues to senior staff.
  • A strong relationship builder – You find it easy to get to know others and build trust.
  • Resourceful – You understand and utilize the network of resources available to you and can formulate appropriate solutions for your members.

We value lived experience, so if you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you feel your skills don't perfectly align with those listed.

What You’ll Earn:

The salary band for this role is CG1 Level B. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

**Posting Deadline: Please apply by Wednesday, March 19th, at 4:00pm. **
