A career as a Technical Advisor in the Transactions and Specialized Products team within Capital Markets at National Bank means acting as an operational and legal support specialist in the structured products space. In this role, you can have a tangible impact through your experience in project coordination, document management, and support of regulatory activities.

Your role
  • Coordinate the various stages involved in the implementation of structured products, including documentation management and follow-ups with internal and external partners
  • Optimize processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of structured product activities
  • Support continuous disclosure requirements by preparing and maintaining required documentation
  • Produce and adapt a variety of technical and legal reports and documents
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including financial engineering specialists, to ensure high-quality deliverables

Your team
Within the Transactions and Specialized Products sector, you are part of a team of 14 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its expertise, collaboration, and rigor in a dynamic and specialized environment. Prerequisites
  • College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field, combined with relevant experience
  • Experience or strong interest in financial markets or structured products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in document management and coordination of administrative or technical activities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and regulatory requirements
