Adecco is currently hiring an Inside Sales Associate (Construction Industry) for a full-time position in Victoria, BC. This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills and an interest in building materials or construction-related products.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will support contractors, builders, and walk-in customers by providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and supporting overall sales operations.

  • Pay Rate: $50,000 – $62,000/year + potential commission

  • Location: Victoria, BC

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (standard daytime hours)

  • Contract: Permanent

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

  • Support inbound customer inquiries and assist with product selection

  • Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product availability information

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and project managers

  • Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials and product offerings

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction-related sales is preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to quickly learn product specifications and industry terminology

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable using computer systems and sales tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
