Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Industrial Maintenance Millwright (Red Seal) to join a leading manufacturing organization in Scarborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, driving continuous improvement, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll play a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, improving operational performance, and supporting production excellence.
The successful candidate will initially work a day shift, with the potential to transition to a continental shift schedule, including weekends, based on business needs.
Pay Rate: $53.00 – $64.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair:
Mechanical systems
Hydraulic systems
Pneumatic systems
Conveyors and material handling equipment
Lead and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to improve equipment performance and operator capabilities
Participate in daily 5S activities to maintain an organized and efficient workplace
Actively contribute to Daily Management System (DMS) meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment and safety concerns
Support breakdown response and emergency maintenance activities as required
Complete all maintenance tasks safely and in accordance with company procedures and standards
Contribute to a culture focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Skills:
Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright Certification (Required)
Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment such as:
Conveyors
Pumps
Compressors
Motors
Gearboxes
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Basic computer skills
Experience with SAP is considered an asset
Previous experience with TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous manufacturing environments is preferred
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
