Your role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade Power Platform solutions, including canvas apps, model‑driven apps, and reusable components
- Build, optimize, and support Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, including complex orchestrations, approvals, exception handling, and performance optimization
- Define and apply solution architecture, development standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and long‑term maintainability
- Develop secure integrations using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services when low‑code capabilities are not sufficient
- Act as a technical lead by reviewing code, leading pair programming sessions, and supporting citizen developers in building quality solutions
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of new Power Platform capabilities, including AI and automation features, by translating them into practical business use cases

Prerequisites
- Hold a university certificate with relevant experience, or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology‑related field
- Demonstrate experience designing and developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform in an enterprise environment
- Have hands‑on experience with cloud environments and secure integrations, including APIs and Azure services
- Show strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and solution architecture principles
- Be comfortable working with both low‑code and high‑code approaches to deliver robust automation solutions
