Adecco is pleased to partner with a rapidly growing organization in the logistics and supply chain sector, currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team during an exciting period of expansion.

This position is perfect for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on with recruitment while also elevating and shaping the broader HR function. As a key member of the leadership support team, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent, supporting culture development, and strengthening core HR practices as the company scales.

This is a high‑impact role with direct influence on hiring strategy, employee experience, and organizational culture.

  • Pay Rate: $85,000 – $95,000

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on sales and account management positions.

  • Partner with leadership to design and implement hiring strategies aligned with business growth.

  • Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Support smooth and effective onboarding for new hires.

HR Leadership & Operations Provide guidance and support on employee relations across the organization.

  • Support performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.

  • Assist with compensation structures, job evaluations, and HR policy updates.

  • Ensure HR practices align with organizational goals and operational needs.

  • Contribute to building a positive internal culture and employee engagement efforts.

 Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.

  • Strong background in full‑cycle recruitment, especially for: Sales positions and Account management positions

  • Experience supporting growing or scaling organizations.

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on HR execution.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an asset

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
