To lead a small team of 7,prepare breakfasts, lunches and catering items, including grilling baking roasting, frying. work closely with Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ordering, inventory, stock control. Managing the team and cleaning schedules.   

College trained and Red seal would be desirable. 2 to 3 years in simaluar role.
