Adecco is currently hiring full-time General Labourers for a leading manufacturing facility. We're looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are eager to contribute to a dynamic production environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in an industrial setting, performing physically demanding tasks, and following strict health and safety procedures.

  • Pay Rate: $23.50/hour

  • Location: Stoney Creek, ON

  • Shift: Mondays to Fridays| 6:30am to 2:30pm

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production machines including extrusion press and CNC

  • Cast molten lead

  • Burn/solder lead components

  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

  • Inspect product during production runs

  • Perform physically demanding tasks

  • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management promptly

  • Daily cleaning of equipment and storing of (PAPR)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

  • Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.

  • Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques relevant to the labor field.

  • Ability to operate forklift(preferably licensed)

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
