Adecco is currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our client in Saskatoon, SK. This is a great opportunity for a professional, customer-focused individual looking for a short-term assignment in a busy office environment.

• Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

• Location: Saskatoon, SK

• Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Job type: Temporary | On-Call

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

• Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate team members

• Distribute office keys and assist with visitor management

• Maintain the appearance and organization of meeting rooms and common areas

• Ensure the office kitchen remains clean and tidy, including loading and unloading the dishwasher

• Provide general administrative support as required

• Assist with office coordination and daily operational tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, professional, and accommodating attitude

• Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong computer and research skills

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
