Adecco is currently hiring several full-time skilled and safety‑focused Forklift Operators to join our client’s warehouse team in Calgary, AB. This role requires hands‑on experience operating Crown Reach trucks, Dockstocker forklifts, and Counterbalance forklifts to support daily warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations. Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation

  • Safely operate Crown Reach forklifts for high‑reach picking, pallet put‑away, and racking operations
    -Operate Dockstocker forklifts for dock loading/unloading and trailer operations

  • Use Counterbalance forklifts for material movement, pallet transport, and general warehouse tasks

  • Perform accurate pallet handling, staging, replenishment, and product rotation

  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues

Warehouse & Inventory Support

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners or pick lists

  • Load and unload trailers with care, ensuring proper load securement

  • Assist with inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, and material sorting

  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse areas

Shipping & Receiving

  • Support shipping/receiving by inspecting, sorting, and labeling incoming and outgoing freight

  • Verify documentation and ensure accurate movement of goods

  • Work with warehouse team members to meet productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift certification for Reach, Dockstocker, and Counterbalance forklifts

  • Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience operating all three types of equipment

  • Strong understanding of safe forklift operation and warehouse best practices

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties

  • Experience using RF scanners, WMS systems, or digital pick tools (asset)

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment

  • Safety‑focused mindset

  • Strong spatial awareness

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Team-oriented with solid communication skills

  • Ability to meet productivity targets

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
