Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and safety‑focused Forklift Operator with hands‑on experience operating Crown Reach trucks and Dock Stockers to join our client’s warehouse team in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for an operator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, maintains high accuracy, and prioritizes safety in every task.

• Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Schedule: 6:30am – 2:30pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Crown Reach forklifts to pick, place, and retrieve pallets at high racking levels

• Operate Dock Stocker forklifts for efficient dock loading/unloading

• Perform accurate put‑away, replenishment, staging, and order picking

• Move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining load stability and equipment control

• Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery trucks

• Conduct pallet moves, inventory counts, and cycle counts as needed

• Follow pick lists and RF scanner instructions to ensure accuracy

• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard‑free work areas

• Perform daily pre‑use forklift inspections and report any mechanical concerns

• Follow all company safety policies, SOPs, and warehouse guidelines

• Ensure proper use of PPE at all times

• Work safely around pedestrians, conveyors, and machinery

• Assist with material handling, pallet wrapping, staging, and shipping/receiving

• Support team members and adapt to shifting priorities

• Complete additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating Crown Reach and/or Dock Stocker forklifts (required)

• Valid and up‑to‑date forklift certification

• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
