About the role
Are you an extremely organized, autonomous, fast execution, resourceful, rigorous person, able to work in a team and also under pressure? Do you love to laugh, don't take yourself seriously and have an interest in human resources?

What you'll do here:
Ensure daily administrative support to the HR Vice Presidents and optimal management of the agenda, emails, calls, meetings, follow-ups and mail.
Provide support to the management team.
Plan, coordinate and organize team events, meetings (invitations, room reservations, catering, necessary equipment and documentation, agenda and follow-up of items to be executed, liaison with guests and other needs). Participate in team meetings when necessary.
Track monthly budget as well as expense accounts, bill payments, purchase orders, orders for supplies, equipment and access.
Participate in the drafting and layout of certain documents, presentations and reports. Ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
Participate in various projects of the Human Resources team.
Onboarding new employees, closing files of employees who are leaving; treat information and records confidentially.
Perform any other administrative tasks
What you bring to the table:
College degree (DEC) in business administration or secretarial work or a certificate in human resources
More than 7 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced level of knowledge of the Office suite (including excellent knowledge of PowerPoint), email and calendar management
Excellent communication skills and fluency in French and English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in an agile, fast and constantly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Exercise discretion and confidentiality
Excellent team spirit and collaboration
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
