Adecco is currently hiring several part-time detail-oriented and professional Exam Proctors to oversee the administration of exams and ensure a secure, fair, and controlled testing environment for our client in Kingston, ON. You will be responsible for monitoring test-takers, enforcing exam rules, and preventing any form of academic dishonesty.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

  • Location: Kingston, ON

  • Schedule: April 13 - April 24, 2026 | various, days and afternoons

  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize testing stations prior to the start of each exam session.

  • Provide academic supervision throughout the exam to ensure compliance with testing rules.

  • Monitor students continuously to ensure no access to unauthorized materials or devices.

  • Maintain an accurate student log, including check-in and check-out times.

  • Escort students to and from washrooms while maintaining exam integrity.

  • Ensure a quiet, orderly, and distraction-free testing environment.

  • Report any irregularities, misconduct, or concerns to the exam supervisor.

  • Assist with basic computer-related tasks required during exam setup or monitoring.

  • Perform additional exam-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move throughout the exam room as required.

  • Prior exam proctoring or testing supervision experience is an asset.

  • Basic experience operating computers in a business or administrative environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and respond to student behaviour.

  • Professional, calm, and courteous communication skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and academic integrity.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
