The Work‑Integrated Learning & Co‑operative Education at Dalhousie University is responsible for securing and managing quality work term opportunities for almost 2,000+ students annually in 27 Co-op and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) programs across four faculties and a college. Reporting to the Employer Relations Manager, the Employer Relations Coordinator will build and manage employer and community partnerships to create Co-op and Work-Integrated learning opportunities for Dalhousie students. The role focuses on employer outreach, recruitment support, relationship management, student work term success, and organizing employer engagement events to strengthen industry connections and enhance student employment outcomes.
