Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join a fast-paced production team in Concord, ON. This role is ideal for a skilled print professional with hands-on experience in digital production printing who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and takes pride in quality output.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital production printers and related equipment

• Set up, program, and run print jobs according to job tickets and specifications

• Monitor print quality, ensuring colour accuracy, consistency, and proper registration

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment

• Collaborate with prepress, bindery, and shipping teams to ensure workflow efficiency

• Assist with finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, binding, and packaging

• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company quality standards, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience operating digital production presses is required

• Experience with Xerox production equipment is an asset

• Strong attention to detail, particularly with colour accuracy and quality control

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced production setting

• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

• Strong teamwork skills with a reliable and punctual work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Preferred Equipment Experience

Experience with the following equipment is considered a strong asset:

• Xerox Versant 2100

• Xerox Versant 80

• Mimaki CJV300-130

• Epson 9800 Series
