About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and enhance the cloud and automation platforms that power Broadridge products and services. In this role, you will work closely with development teams to understand their needs, deliver innovative solutions, and drive highly secure, scalable, and resilient DevOps capabilities across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve the DevOps platform supporting Broadridge product and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with development teams to gather requirements, ideate, and translate solutions into secure and scalable implementations.

  • Develop automation frameworks and scripts to streamline CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.

  • Drive best practices in enterprise software delivery, including configuration management, release processes, and observability.

  • Support global-scale systems leveraging modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, security compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, building DevOps capabilities for enterprise applications.

  • 3- 5 years’ experience DevOps toolsets Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JF

  • Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services (Azure or GCP experience a plus).

  • Skilled in DevOps toolsets including Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, JFrog (Kubernetes proficiency highly beneficial).

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), configuration management, and monitoring practices.

  • Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as Python, GoLang, or Shell.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud/DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, Terraform Associate).

  • Familiarity with advanced networking, master/slave architectures, and modern design patterns.

  • Hands-on experience across multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
