Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual (Dutch/English) Customer Service Agent for a full-time remote position across Canada. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable working overnight/early morning shifts.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will play a key role in supporting class action administration processes by handling customer inquiries, managing claims-related communication, and ensuring a high level of service for affected individuals.
Pay Rate: $32.00/hour
Location: Remote (Anywhere in Canada)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST
Contract: Temporary

Responsibilities:
Provide professional, courteous, and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and written communication in both Dutch and English
Handle a high volume of inbound and written customer interactions
Identify, investigate, and resolve customer concerns effectively
Conduct detailed research and accurately document all customer requests
Ensure all communications are clear, accurate, and tailored to the audience
Support claims-related processes and assist with case-related inquiries
Collaborate closely with internal project support teams
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and verbal) is mandatory
Must be available to work overnight/early morning shifts (3:00 AM to 11:00 AM EST)
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a structured, high-volume environment
Knowledge of class action litigation, legal terminology, or settlement administration processes is an asset
Secondary school diploma required
Experience in claims processing or call center environments is considered a strong asset
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
