Adecco is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to work for our client in this remote opportunity! Our client is a world leading class action administration firm that has an experienced team of case managers, information technology experts, and notice administrators in Canada.

In this role you play a vital role in facilitating communication, managing claims, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions for affected individuals. This role requires a combination of customer service skills and attention to detail.

  • Pay rate: $28.00/hour

  • Location: Remote - anywhere in Canada

  • Availability Required: 8:00am – 5:00am PST

  • Job type: Temporary | full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous stream of customer concerns, as well as written queries and written customer solicitations

  • Identify and resolve customer questions and concerns.

  • Conduct in-depth research and capture all aspects of customer requests.

  • Ensure that the content of oral and written communications meets the needs of the target audience.

  • Work closely with the project support team.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift)

  • Knowledge of class action litigation procedures, legal terminology, and settlement administration processes is an asset

  • Must hold at least a Secondary School Diploma

  • Must have experience with delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

  • Experience working in a call centre or claims would be considered a strong asset.
