Adecco is currently hiring several full-time Cultivation Technicians to support plant production operations from seed to harvest for our client in Scarborough, ON. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

  • Location: Scarborough, ON

  • Shift: 7:00m – 3:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily care and maintenance of plants throughout the entire growth cycle

  • Maintain strict cleanliness and sterility standards within the facility

  • Harvest, clean, and prepare grow rooms efficiently for replanting

  • Follow all SOPs and regulatory requirements during daily operations

  • Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of tools and equipment

  • Assist with general upkeep of production areas and equipment

  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet production targets

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Cannabis Industry

  • Previous cultivation, agriculture, or production experience (asset)

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment

  • Flexible and willing to support various operational tasks as needed

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Team collaboration and adaptability

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance

  • Must have a clear criminal background

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
