Adecco is currently hiring several full-time experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our client's warehouse team. If you have a minimum of one year of forklift experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading trailers, moving products throughout the warehouse, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently and accurately.

  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

  • Location: Belleville, ON

  • Shift: 2h shift rotating shifts 2-3 shifts a week | weekend availability is considered as long as there is weekday availability as well.

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

  • Load and unload truck trailers.

  • Move products and materials within the warehouse and shipping areas.

  • Verify shipments and ensure accurate handling of goods.

  • Inspect forklift equipment and report any maintenance concerns.

  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience.

  • Valid forklift certification.

  • Experience loading and unloading trailers.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
