What You’ll Do:
- Audit assembled outbound pallets to establish an accurate DC error rate and adhere to required sample sizes
- Record, maintain and report quality audit data
- Reconcile system and physical inventory
- Investigate Root Cause/s and make necessary adjustments and or recommendations when discrepancies between system and physical inventory are identified
- Enact Corrective Measures to Prevent Inventory & Financial Discrepancies
- Creation and Analysis of Inventory reports
- Responding in a timely manner to email requests/inquiries
- Work with warehouse operations to investigate and resolve product related concerns
- Investigating receiving discrepancies and processing claims in a timely manner
- Maintains confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel
- Coordination and execution of Product Recall and Certified Sustainable Seafood processes
- Familiarity with and adherence to Loblaw Food Safety Program and relevant SOP’s
- Participation in special projects linked to the Inventory Core Business Processes
What You’ll Need:
- Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an asset
- Computer applications experience using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong Time Management skills
- Strong Analytical, Mathematical and Critical Thinking skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and individually to meet deadlines
