A career as a Communications and Business Development Associate within the Marquette Charlebois Gervais Advisory Group at National Bank Financial—a well‑established and rapidly growing team—means acting as a multifunctional reference in communications, marketing, operations, and technology support.

Through your organizational, coordination, and communication skills, your experience in administrative management, marketing, and operational support, as well as your knowledge of digital tools and processes, you will have a positive impact on the team’s efficiency.

Your Role

  • Ensure the management and distribution of internal and external communications
  • Create and update marketing content (newsletters, social media, website)
  • Coordinate relationships with suppliers (graphic design, printing, web, events)
  • Provide administrative support to the team and ensure operational follow‑ups
  • Organize corporate or client events and manage their full logistics
  • Act as a super‑user of digital tools and support teams on a daily basis

Your Team

Within the National Bank Financial – Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team recognized for its versatility and collaboration, while contributing to the organization’s brand image and communications.

The team plays a central role by supporting several key functions and ensuring consistency in communications, internal processes, and the use of digital tools. It directly contributes to operational efficiency and continuous improvement, in an environment where autonomy, resourcefulness, and teamwork are highly valued.

Development Opportunities

You will be able to develop your skills through hands‑on learning, participation in projects, and close collaboration with your colleagues.

Prerequisites

  • College or university diploma in communications, administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in communications, marketing, administrative management, or operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot) and CRM systems
  • Ease with digital tools and communication platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills in French 
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize effectively
