Salary: $58,000 to $72,000

With exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in French and English, you thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy supporting high‑quality publishing workflows. You take pride in producing polished, error‑free content that enhances accessibility, credibility, and reader experience.

 

You Have Experience:

  • Proofreading French and English scientific articles and digital content, such as infographics and blog posts, with a high degree of accuracy
  • Reviewing and editing podcast transcripts for clarity and correctness
  • Annotating documents using PDF markup tools and collaborating with others using version‑controlled files
  • Working with Adobe InCopy or similar desktop publishing software to review and finalize content for production
  • Improving readability and accessibility of published materials according to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
  • Prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines

The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is a requirement of this role.
