Adecco is currently hiring a Bilingual Nurse Reviewer for a full-time, one-year contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will support Project Managers and client service teams by reviewing medical records, extracting key information, and ensuring superior service and quality in all client interactions. If you’re a bilingual Registered Nurse with strong analytical and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

  • Pay rate: $35–$38/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary one-year contract (possibility of extension)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | daytime hours

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed chart reviews to identify and extract key medical information while maintaining confidentiality

  • Enter and verify data using proprietary software tools, ensuring accuracy and productivity

  • Draft client-facing communications based on case requirements and review of medical/legal documentation

  • Collaborate with team leadership and communicate obstacles proactively to meet project deadlines

  • Verify and process data and documentation for project deliverables, making corrections as needed

  • Contribute to internal policy and documentation improvements

  • Work closely with Project Managers, client service teams, and operational departments to enhance service quality

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with at least 2 years of clinical experience

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

  • Experience in one or more of the following (asset):

    • Orthopedics

    • Disability case management

    • Quality assurance

    • Medical record review

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe/PDF editing

  • Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
