In this role, you will support a portfolio of group benefits clients and work closely with Senior Consultants, underwriting teams, and carrier partners to deliver exceptional service.
Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is 57,600 to $72,000 based on a 37.5 hour work week . Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

- 3+ years of experience in employee group benefits account management
- Strong knowledge of group health, dental, life, disability, and ancillary benefits products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building relationships with clients and carriers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- CEBS, GBA, LLQP or related designation considered an asset
- Provide account service for assigned group benefits clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plan administrators and decision makers
- Support renewal processes and plan reviews alongside Senior Benefits Consultants
- Assist in preparing quarterly or semi-annual reports and recommendations
- Coordinate with carriers to implement plan changes and resolve claims issues
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM and internal systems
- Promote and upsell Westland's suite of benefits products to existing clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional Westland services
