Away From Home (AFH) is a key commercial channel for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, designed to drive incremental growth and strengthen brand engagement with customers and venues where consumers experience our brands outside of their homes. This includes restaurants, catering, hospitality, recreation, workplace environments, and vending services.

Responsibilities

The Away From Home Sales Representative - Calgary -  is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding PepsiCo Beverages Canada’s presence across foodservice channels. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, growing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional service while representing iconic brands such as Pepsi, Bubly, and Gatorade.

  • Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets within the assigned territory
  • Prospect, secure, and convert new local and national foodservice accounts using customized proposals
  • Grow base business through effective selling and execution of monthly priorities
  • Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to maximize brand performance
  • Ensure proper equipment placement, product visibility, and merchandising standards across all accounts
  • Prepare and manage account profiles, service contracts, and equipment details
  • Coordinate resources to support strong account execution
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver business objectives

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred
  • Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
  • Solid presentation skills required
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle
