Adecco is currently hiring a full-time friendly and reliable Automotive Drive‑Thru Attendant to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with customers and coworkers, and being part of a fast-moving, team-oriented environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves cars and enjoys being around them every day!

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers arriving on site—providing a welcoming experience while helping guide vehicles through the process efficiently and safely. This role also requires a valid driver’s license, as vehicle movement will be part of your responsibilities.

  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a positive, professional first impression

  • Guide vehicles through the drive‑thru process in an organized and safe manner

  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth workflow and service flow

  • Assist with basic vehicle positioning, movement, or staging as required

  • Answer customer questions and help direct them to the appropriate service

  • Support the team with general site duties to maintain a clean and efficient environment

  • Follow all safety procedures while working around moving vehicles

  • Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience

  • Clean driver’s abstract / CVOR

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous automotive or customer service experience is an asset (not required)

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

Skills:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

  • Comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles

  • Ability to inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition with customers

  • Ability to assist with vehicle preparation, deliveries, and customer shuttle coordination

  • Strong attention to detail for recording customer concerns and documenting information accurately

  • Ability to manage vehicle keys securely and maintain an organized, clean lot
