This position reports to the Director of Client Services – Investment, Private Wealth 1859 and is located at 1040 rue du Lux in Brossard.

Private Wealth 1859 is dedicated to providing wealth management services and advice to a distinctive and affluent clientele. It is part of National Bank, which offers a wide range of financial services to individuals, businesses, and public administrations across Canada, as well as specialized services to a select group of international clients.

To capture this high-potential market, PW 1859 aims to build a team of passionate professionals who are committed and ready to go above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled level of service to their distinctive clientele. Your Main Challenges

  • Assist the Senior Investment Advisor with all administrative tasks related to managing high-net-worth client accounts
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Open and maintain client files in accordance with legal deadlines
  • Prepare documents required for client meetings
  • Serve as the administrative liaison with various operational departments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as sending cheques to clients, bank deposits, fund transfers, RRSP and RRIF contributions and withdrawals, and follow-ups on incoming and outgoing transfers
  • Prepare tables, memos, letters, and various documents
  • Act as a resource person for clients
  • Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date
  • Identify risks inherent to the Wealth Management sector's activities

Internal and External Requirements

  • College diploma and two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Studies in administration or office technology are an asset
  • Experience in customer service
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course is an asset
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of CROESUS software is an asset
  • Ability to quickly learn new IT systems
  • Strong teamwork skills and interest
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French (bilingualism is an asset)
