Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Brand Manager to support brand strategy, portfolio management, and campaign execution within a fast-paced CPG environment for our client in North York, ON. This role supports well-known brands and works closely with cross-functional and global teams.

  • Pay Rate: $40.86 /hour

  • Location: North York, ON (Hybrid Remote & Office)

  • Shift: Monday–Friday | Between 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 1 year contract with high possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual brand planning, forecasts, and budget tracking

  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis

  • Assist with innovation and NPD projects from concept to launch

  • Support creative development, campaign execution, and media tracking

  • Coordinate promotions, packaging updates, and regulatory approvals

  • Analyze KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, share, distribution) and prepare reports

  • Support forecasting (S&OP) and basic P&L tracking

  • Act as a liaison across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of brand marketing experience in CPG/FMCG (required)

  • Strong analytical skills; experience with Nielsen or syndicated data preferred

  • Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and retail channels

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
