Adecco, in partnership with our client, a reputable architectural firm known for its high-quality project delivery and collaborative work environment, is currently hiring a full-time Architectural Technologist to support the daily operations of their office in Regina, SK.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office through a mix of administrative support, technical drawing production, design coordination, and project documentation. Your contributions will directly support the successful delivery of architectural projects across the region.

  • Location: Regina, SK (in office)

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provides general and specific office services relating to the ongoing activities of the entire firm.

  • Provides specific architectural services relating to project design and documentation

  • Provides specific administrative services relating to project delivery

  • Provides specific design services relating to project information and office documentation

  • Assist with project coordination, presentations, and procurement materials.

  • Produce and manage technical drawings (AutoCAD) and project documentation.

  • Coordinate sub‑consultant drawings, revisions, and communication.

  • Attend project meetings; prepare notes, follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Support material and finish selections; prepare concept boards.

  • Assist with cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budget reviews.

  • Participate in site reviews and inspections; prepare related admin documents.

  • Support operational tasks and maintain professional development.

  • Provide general office support: phones, couriers, photocopying, correspondence, and basic office maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent experience.

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience required,

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
